Tears at breakfast

I got a text this a.m. that the other couple we traveled with in October for the court date just got notified that they are cleared to come get their boys!!!! This wonderful news came EARLY...and right on time. I am so thrilled! Celebrating with them. Woo Hoo! Today is Thursday and they begin their trip to Ethiopia on Sunday!

and then...it hit me our case review is scheduled for this coming Monday and my emotions overflowed. We are going to have Ephraim and Silas home SOON.  This 2 year journey, praying, filling out paperwork, waiting, photos, waiting, praying, visiting and waiting again... will be coming to fruition in just a little while. Like giving birth from a 2 year pregnancy.

I think I will try to fit Silas' car seat in our van today...go through clothes for packing and make a list or two. Time to get ready to be ready!

So THANKS Lord, for the tears at breakfast as you quickened my spirit to realize our time is very soon.
