Welcome. This is part of our story about how God is building our family through adoption and teaching us about HIS family. Going through this process is giving us more understanding about how He has adopted us. We are HIS children, still growing and maturing and developing in our relationship with Him.

  1. Shelly and fam,
I am so happy to finally see your family, and I have to tell you, I sense such a peace resting over your family. The thoughts I had looking at your photos:
    - Madeleine is going to be used mightily in transitioning these boys- they will praise God for her one day.
-Shelly was hand-picked for these boys. She adores them already.
-Dan is going to be the key to these boys' hearts. His gentleness and mercy will paint a beautiful picture of their Heavenly Father
-Sisay's "will" is a GOOD thing- a good sign that he has bonded to his nanny and therefore will have a healthy bond with you. Hang with him!
-Toby and Mae will be icing on the cake for them!

We are anxious for your return! Love you guys! Laura

  2. So happpy you are there with your "little men". They are so beautiful and are finally coming home. The time goes so fast so soak in every moment. I remember how difficult sleeping was with all the chanting and the chorus of dogs. Do you have ear plugs? Should have told you to bring them. Wish the Millers could be there to welcome you home. We are thinking of you and praying for you. Much love!

  3. I can't wait to meet my new nephews. Maya asked us if your new kids came from some other mommy's tummy. All of the kids have looked at the photos and enjoyed watching your journey from a distance. We love you and we are so glad to have more cousins. Love, Shane, Cathy, Dawson, Owen and Maya Taylor.
