I shared this story with your mom and she...Shelly,

I shared this story with your mom and she may have passed it on to you already, but as I'm reading your blog posts, it came to mind again, so I thought I'd share.

On Mother's Day, we were in Peoria with our son and family. It also happened to be baby dedication at their church, and our youngest grandson was dedicated that day. All of the parents dedicating their child that day selected a Bible verse to be read when their family was introduced. Among the families, were a couple with their adorable little girl whom they had adopted. It was mentioned that this child was long awaited. Their verse was John 14: 18-19 "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live."

It was so touching, it brought tears to my eyes. I could not help but think of you and Dan and what God's bringing E & S into your lives will mean to them and to your family.

God bless!

Chris McMinnChrisMchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05160343457774081494noreply@blogger.com
